We’re Going to BattleCry@WPI

This weekend, May 19th and 20th, we’ll be competing in BattleCry 19, an off-season event held at WPI.  This event is like any other competition but there is usually a special twist added to make the game even more challenging.

Admission is free to the public and we would love if you came to check it out!

If you cannot make it to the event but want to watch online, you can visit the NE FIRST Twitch page to watch all the action!

March 5, 2018

We had tons of fun at the WPI event this past weekend! We were able to see how the game is being played as well as seeing the different types of machines that were made to solve the games problems.

In addition, we’ve been able to realize where we need to improve as a team to get better. In the coming weeks, until the competition at Bryant University, we’ll be working on upping our spirit box (adding some posters and other green and gold cheering items), practicing driving our practice bot, and working on new strategy sheets that provide more information for the drive team.

We want to give a big thank you to everyone who came out to support us, especially the Clinton High School staff and teachers, the Item newspaper, and to the Clinton Schools superintendent, Mr. Meyers! We are very grateful for your continued support!

We’ll be competing at Bryant University in Smithfield RI, on March 24th and 25th. A post with the live feed will be added so stay tuned for that!
